How do you install a fuel pressure gauge?

Default How do you install a fuel pressure gauge?

Depressurize system, cut rail hose, put gauge in and there seems to be something else connected to the gauge.... Am I correct?

Default it just goes in-line with the feed line. make sure it's on the feed side and not the

return line. nothing else connects.

Nice pic ;-) You can either install it where I did it, or closer to the end, against the firewall.

Default Yes, it is. :) Very nice car overall. It's not a AWM intake manifold or is it?

I'll look into passat projectors later. I might have to remove the fogs for good if the FMIC doesn't fit behind the stock bumper. Thanks for the info.

Default no. it is actually glue residue as I had taped the entire area

around where I was going to cut (so I could see my cut marks better). That was left behind when I removed the duct tape.
The hose is reinforced and tough to cut...but try to make straight cuts. I took out @ a 2" to 2 1/2" section on a straight section of the hose.
