Default No to parting out. I do have parts from the Stage III and I am swapping a new FMIC w/ the Racetec

I have a zflow from APR and am in process of fabricating the infeed side. The outflow piping is fine as is from APR but since the standard issue long set up is a C flow I have to do my own thing on the infeed for the Z flow.
The gt28r is in good shape. APR went thru it 2-3k miles ago (she's a bit of a garage queen)so it should have several k miles left in it.

Default BBK, especially if you ever track your car.

Default The only thing on your list that will make a difference is headlights.

You already have a free flowing exhaust.
Your intake temps likely aren't high enough to need a FMIC.
BBK is a waste of money on the street.
Instead of a BBK, get better pads/tires. That will make a big difference in your stopping distances. Bigger brakes won't help you stop any faster.
Or, spend the money on track time.
