Hi, it's been just over two months now we have our new A4 and today as i was washing the garage floor, i noticed on the floor in the area of the muffler there lots of black tiny spot (Carbon?) sprayed caused when car starting.

As any one else seen this? Is this a prolem.

I have never seen it because I haven't been in your garage...

It is normal. When your start the car engine, exhaust gasses condense of the cool exhaust pipe walls. Droplets spit out the back. After the exhaust heats up, the moisture exits with the gasses. You can see some cars drop a stream of liquid when they get the green light.

Typical and not a problem. Keep your exhaust tips clean as eventually this material gets baked on and is difficult to get off. A lot of cars do this but most don't.
