Does Audi sell a kit to retrofit Side Assist to cars that don't have it? I'm looking at a 2013 4.0T and it doesn't have many of the options I want, but the price is right. I can live without most of them, but over the years, I've gotten really used to having blindspot monitoring, so I'd really like to have it on a big car like the A8L.

Coming from BMW, I know they offer retrofits for just about everything, so wondering if Audi does too, or if I'll need to go the aftermarket route (or find another car).

Checked with Kufatec and OEMplus but don't see anything.
A dealer could probably do it, no doubt for beaucoup bucks...

My bigger concern would be coding it with VCDS as the D4 has yet to have a lot of that done from what I've seen.

It would be an option that I couldn't live without.

Yeah, I found nothing on the aftermarket sites either. Think I'm just going to keep looking. Found out this car was so cheap because it hit a deer and fired the airbags a couple years ago, so I don't think I want to bother with it after that.

Wish I would have just bought the one I was looking at when I bought the A6. It was $23k more expensive, but had I known how rare the Executive Rear seat package was on the 4.0T, I would have dealt with it.

While I would ride in our C6... it wasn't the same.
