Just 350 miles on the combination of Hawk Performance Ceramic pads and Zimmerman plain coated rotors.

So far no squeal. Can't comment on the brake dust because the snow and salt make them impossibly filthy anyway. (I'm sure there will be less dust but we'll see for sure in the spring.)

As others have stated there is less initial bite when cold but otherwise they are fine. I am actually preferring that they are less grabby than stock.

Zimmerman Z-coat plain brake rotors for the 2012 B8 S4
Front OE # 4G0615301(G) - Zimmerman # 100.3356.20 (345mm x 30mm...NOT 345x29.5)
Rear OE # 4H0615601H - Zimmerman # 100.3358.20 (Pair 330mm x 22mm)

Both front and rear are OE design pinned cooling. Not straight vein or curved directional veins. (See below example)
