Usually the car's owner manual does not say when to change the timing belt. You have to call the dealer to get the info. As I know in most cars, the timing belt replacement is around 90k to 100K miles.

Default Just visiting, but I think your 2.0T is off the old Audi belt treadmill

See: http://www.audiusa.com/content/dam/a...-Year-2010.pdf

Notice the footnote. Newer 2.0Ts moved away from a belt IIRC. Most new Audis have killed it off.

That's correct. Audi started using a "lifetime" timing chain vs. timing belt in North America in the then newly designed MY2009 2.0T engine (MY2008 in ROW).

so the 2010 a5 did not have a belt but a chain?

No timing belt with the '10 2.0T engine. All B8 (A4/A5, etc.) chassis with the 2.0T went to a chain.
