Audi V8 3.6 Motronic control unit - where is it?

Where is the Motronic control unit on my 1991 V8 3.6 auto? I assume it is one of the two control units located at the left side under the dash. I suspect there is a fault with mine since fuse #13 has no power at the fuse on both sides and the fuel pump relay is good. Thanks.

Correct it the larger of the two control units sandwiched together under the driver side of the dash. The smaller box is the TCU for the transmission.
