Default Fail safe mode intervene after 180km/h

Hi, anyone out there experience this?
My car , an Audi TT 08 2.0 TFSI, mod with Owen KO4 and remapped with APR. Car is powerful but when speedometer hits 180km/h, the fail safe mode came in and car lost all the boost. With the boost lost I can still drive below 140 km/h. I'll get back the turbo working once I stop the car and a restart is done.
Most of the time the car is only driven along streets, so I did not realize this till I hit the expressway the other day
Hope someone or APR can help. Do I need to change my DV which is currently stock
