2013 Appearance Changes?

Does anyone know of any appearance changes (internal or external) in the 2013 model?

I seriously doubt it, the design is only one year old. Maybe some new colors I would suspect.

Check pages 21, 22 for A6 (2.0,3.0) standard + options.
I can not comment on changes as in Canada packages are offered differently than US. But one change mentioned on forum was for 8speed for 2.0T also Quattro option.

What I have noticed here in Germany on the the German Audi's the DRL pattern has changed. I would say that may be one thing to look for. Those are on the no LED headlights.
