Registration Question?

I picked up my S4 last April but just got my registration certificate yesterday. Glancing over, I saw the Ser/ Body say A4. Is that right? The car may have an A4 body but it's an S4. Could someone check their registration please? Now I'm curious what it say.

I don't have a registration application, but just looked and my title says S4 for the model, not A4.

edit: to be clear, it actually says "S4 QUATTRO Prestige" for the model, so who know if anyone pays attention to the model...maybe the VIN is the most important thing...

It really make no difference. You can call it a clown car if you like, as long as the VIN is correct. Just verify that with your insurance co and you're fine. Also, realize every state is different so the only ones who can really be of any help wih specifics are other people from Washington.

Or...maybe your dealer bait and switched you and you actually have an A4. Just kidding.

Yeah it would be funny at first....then I'll be real mad. The funny thing is that I got a check sent to me from the lisencing department for $143.50. Just wondering if the A4 or S4 make any difference. The vin number does match though.

Must have bought it at University, I received a $152.50 refund check from them as well.

Yes I did got it from University Audi. Do you know what that is all about? I'll ask my SA tomorrow.
