Premium Plus owners...non full led owners

Anyone know what the deal is with the static cornering lights my dealer has no clue. How and when do the engage? Do yours work? I've read the manual, but can't seem to get them engaged???? I have a service appointment next week to look at them again. Thanks fellas!

I have full LEDs. When I turn into my driveway. I can see the corner light turn on as soon as I begin to turn my wheel. It is very obvious that it is working on my car.

This was discussed in a thread on the Audizine forum. If I remember correctly, they are used for the 'flash to pass' feature when the Xenon headlights are not on. At least that was the final consensus among owners without the LED headlights.

they can check if it works as flash to pass lights easily if he ca get help from a second person

There is a good deal of incorrect information in various forums about this question. The answer is that on the US A7 Premium Plus the static cornering lights are completely non-functional (note that the reference to flash-to-pass is also not correct). Premium Plus models are equipped with Xenon range module J431 which does not support cornering lighting. Non-LED vehicles with cornering lights are equipped with module J745.
