Default HP-2 Caliper Guid Pin Boot...?

Changing brake pads realized uneven wear on passenger side caliper. Turns out that caliper's floating frame is stuck due to rust inside. Was able to loosen it finally and cleaned it up but noticed the boot is in real bad shape.

I searched the forum but not much luck. Does anyone know where the boot could be found?

If so, please let me know.

Below is exactly the picture of what I am looking for.

Also, that thread indicates using a boot from mountain bike...

Any better solution than that?

If you cannot get a new boot use the mountain bike boot or just clean your existing boot very well with a non-greasy cleaner like a carb cleaner and then use black silicone RTV to repair any tears in the boot.
