I'm not Metallic-Force but this is what I've seen re: track times:

Acceleration
0-30 (sec): 2.0 (2.1 with T/C on)
0-45 (sec): 3.4 (3.6 with T/C on)
0-60 (sec): 5.2 (5.7 with T/C on)
0-60 with 1-ft Rollout (sec): 4.9 (5.4 with T/C on)
0-75 (sec): 7.6 (8.1 with T/C on)
1/4-Mile (sec @ mph): 13.6 @ 102.0 (13.8 @ 100.8 with T/C on)

Motor Trend had it at 4.6. It's faster than my old S6 without a doubt.

I did my best to time it, and I can say I got 4.7 seconds.

I followed the exact same procedure as motor trend. They achieved 4.8 seconds.

Here's how our test team got the numbers: "Easy to launch, after you've set the proper vehicle settings. Trans in sport mode, ESC off, vehicle in Dynamic mode. With the left foot on the brake pedal, go flat on the gas until the tach settles on 3000 rpm, lift off the brake and hold on."

WOW ballsy move doing that, I can't bring myself to trying that with my car. But it's nice to know the procedure.

ive come to the conclusion this is more of a sports car then a luxury sedan, that being said i can only IMAGINE how much fun this would be paired with a 6speed manual

Intake & pulley is on the radar, i really just want to hear the super charger whine under load

these are simply amazing cars. Just curious if anyone had/has/drove a 2011 A6 before the change. is it the same? are the c7's more refined and sporty? JC

Is there space for an induction kit ? I took my covers off and put a couple of K&N's, it's made a nice difference in that you can hear the turbos a little bit and it has a deeper note. For a petrol car it will make a bigger difference.

A cold fresh air feed is still the most important thing though, otherwise it'll just suck in hot air :-(

I think you're in the wrong forum. We're talking about the supercharged 3.0L V6 in the C7 A6

nope, saying that changing the air filter can help generally and to get induction noise. Did it before on our Q7 and A8 (just waiting on the right fitment for the A6 now).
