Audi A5 / S5 / RS5 Coupe & CabrioDiscussion forum for the B8 Audi A5, S5 and RS5 Coupe and Cabriolet
Hi all, first time poster here. I have been lurking for the past few months while doing research. This has been a very informative forum. I just got back from the dealer and have had my eye on a 2012 S5 (brilliant black, tiptronic auto).
So here is my deal. Basically 63K total price with Audi Care for the premium plus model with the following added options:
The S5 all together is $1500 cheaper than the MSRP at the dealer (they are obviously trying to move it for the 2013 models) I also built this on Audi's site and it came to $300 the price at the dealer before the $1500 discount. So basically this is a pretty sweet deal. I have a question on wether the Audi Care is worth it for a new Audi. I think it is and I will probably extend it when I get to the 4 year/50,000 mile mark. I do need to pay for it right away correct? Or can I take the free year maintenance included in the warranty and extend it with the Audi Care then?
Got a great rate and doing a healthy downpayment on it as well. Beautiful amazing car and I think I may pull the trigger this weekend. Thanks in advance for any input guys.
