My 100 is acting odd

Starts fine, but at the 1st stop the motor dies. Usually only after the 1st stop after a restart it is fine the rest of the way.
Also, and aging only once, the RPSs ump up and down but the car stays running. A restart cures it.
Very odd. No service center up her in the Michigan UP.
Any ideas???

Replace any deteriorated vacuum lines and clean ISV.

Try changing your fuel filter. I had almost same problem, except mine wouldn't die after first stop just big way down. Changing fuel filter is super easy!! It's the round metal can right by your air box. Pull the fuel pump fues first to run the gas out of the lines and Becareful about the copper crush washers. Changing this on my 92 100s with 350k completely changed the way the car drove! Goodluck!
