Default Thoughts on 2003 Stage III Allroad

Hi All,

One of my boys who specializes in the 2.7t came across an '03 allroad with blown turbos, and in need of some head work. On the plus side it has pristine body and interior and brand new arnot bags and compressor. just had t belt and water pump lest than 10k ago. over 15k in slips from the audi dealer.

Heres the kicker, hes going to do a topend rebuild, full stage III, AND rebuilt 6sp MT swap + RS4 clutch and flywheel.

Super sleeper?

Interested in everyone's thoughts.

No need to move up to the K04s. Your tip will blow anyway

The 6 speed is what sold me on it, I already got the financing lined up, closing tomorrow. I'm attaching a pic of how she sits now. If all goes as planned she will be on the road in less than 2 weeks. Ill keep ya updated with pics, i'll be helping with the swap and turbos so i should get some good ones. Stay posted for a little stage 3 build thread

Yup, that car is slammed onto bump stops. It leaks air. And it looks like both the front and the rear. Maybe a bad valve body?

Or is that an outdated picture?

she has been sitting for several months during a cold Maine winter before my friend picked her up from the prior owner. Once she gets going im sure it will pump right up and hold, service ticket for the bags and compressor has the vin of the car on it.

Another interesting development is that we found a lower mileage motor to go in her with a bad head so we are going to do a full top end rebuild on the lower mileage motor and replace all lower gaskets and anything else that needs love.

placed the deposit down on the 2.7t and the 6 speed we found and are having them delivered this weekend.

Im actually at home waiting for fedex to drop off the check from the bank so we can get this baby going. should have lots of pics soon!

Any suggestions for additional mods for the allroad I would love to hear em.

easier to do them now when shes apart and I have a fat loan check

I finally get to build my dream Audi!!
