Audi welcome package

I ordered my a7 in November 2011 and took delivery in February and have not received my welcome package. Is Audi still sending out the standard headphones or have they discontinued the package all together?

I can confirm that I received one. Took delivery of my A7 in early October, but I unfortunately can't quite remember when I received the welcome package.

I took delivery after Christmas and have not gotten any "gift".

I took delivery on March 13 and have not received anything from Audi.

A7 customer service told me that the welcome packages are currently on back order and will go out in 'waves' in a couple of weeks. I bought my A7 in October, the dealership registered the garage address as my home address, hence i never got the one they sent out - so I called back in.
Also - for anyone who got their A7 sans the reverse camera working (there was a shortage of components due to Japan tsunami), you are due to get a $200 Visa gift card. I have not yet received it either despite them saying they had sent it out.

You'll love this. We took delivery of our A7 in August of 2011 and we never received a "Welcome" package. In December I called the Audi A7/A8 customer assistance line and was told it had been sent to an address that I haven't live at for 12 years. When I informed them of this and asked them why they didn't have an updated (current) address they had no answer. They said they would send out another package and I would have it in 6-8 weeks. In the middle of February, they said my new package had been shipped out to the correct address but they had no record of delivery. The representative said she would put my name in again and expidite it. In March not having received it yet,I called back and got another representative, (since my first one no longer worked there). She told me the order had been placed in Feb and I should wait another 3-4 weeks because they use a fulfillment center in Kentucky and they were behind. Now in April, since I still hadn't received it, I asked to speak with a Supervisor. He was sympathetic but told me the center was behind on shipments and asked me to wait another week. A week later still no package, called the supervisor again and he asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him I would really like the pair of B+O headphones that were supposed to be in the package. He said he didn't think they were included any more but said he would see what he could do. A day later he called and said he would ship a set of headphone overnight. I did receive these, and they are very nice. I still haven't received the welcome package yet.

Can't wait to read the case study that talks about how much VWAG spent to make customers to feel appreciated only to just **** them off. D'oh!

By the way, found out my car arrived two weeks early in Houston, but continues to sit on the dock. It is now expected to arrive May 5 rather than April 22. I mind the slip in delivery date less than the visions I have of what the longshoremen are doing to my car. Guess I shouldn't have watched that episode of "The Wire".
