Coolent warning keep poping up, even though Coolent level is fine

Hi All

I have an Audi A3 2.0 TDI and everytime I startup from cold I get Check Coolent warning, However I have done the obvious and checked the Coolent level and it spears to be fine. After about 5 mins driving the Coolent warning goes.

Can someone advise please

The sensor in the overflow tank may be higher than it's supposed to be. Once the engine warms up and the coolant expands it's happy. Try adding some distilled water to 1/2" above the "full" line and see what happens.
