But I dont think it has the option you want. It is much more likely that wiring for can hi and can lo for your stereo is wrong, that is why you can not communicate with the new stereo. There are adapter kits available to convert from the symphony radio to the RNS e |

Problem solved. We had to rewire the unit as it was a Symphony.After that it 'connected' and we were able to change the settings. RNS-E works fine now.
