Hi Guys

I'm from Boston. I just purchase a Ibis White 2.0 premium plus with NAV and B&O. I did not want B&O sound system but this was the ONLY car in New England. I would have to order and wait till June for delivery on Ibis white premium plus with NAV. After 5 different dealers visit, I settle with $1600 off MSRP and $400 toward audi care. Most place only offer me $500-1000. They seem to be very tough on these 2.0. For 3.2 I could get high as 3k off MSRP since dealers has soo many in stock.

Buying a car on MSRP is just rediculous. If you want to know some of the dealers I work with send me a PM.

Good luck.

I live in the New England area.

Just a quick look at competing dealer inventory the available stock seems to be with the 3.2 powertrain.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

I shopped around before finalizing the deal on my q5. I got a 2k discount on my 2012 q5 - PP, black, cinnamon brown with B&O. It is back ordered with an expected delivery date of early june. I am in the Boston area

They had a few on the lot but to get the configuration I wanted it had to be transported from a dealer 5 hours away. This supposedly cost them $500 along with transporting another car to that dealer for trade. That being said, it was worth it to pick up the car exactly the way I wanted it.

I bought if from Garber. Bob Clark is the man to see there. You may find mixed reviews from them online (formerly John Holtz Audi) but my experience has been good. If you can wait, you may want to look into Audi Club of North America membership - apparently for $48 (yearly membership fee) and at least 6 months duration of membership you can get $500 off a new purchase, lease or CPO. Unfortunately, I found out about this after my purchase.

I think the amount off MSRP posted here is rather useless unless everyone also post the interest rate/terms (I assume most of us financed our Q5s?).

A dealer can easily make up a perceived discount by sticking you with a higher interest rate.

Sorry to veer a little off topic but I'm in DC looking to get a Q5 in the next few weeks. Any dealer recommendations from the DC folks?

Thanks
