Nobody really makes a full bolt for a 20+ year old model that was not even popular when new.
Stebro did for the coupe but no longer, that is why they are $$ when they come up. I recall maybe scorpion? for the coupe as well. If you want new you would have to buy the cat back middle pipe, middle muffler and rear muffler from the dealer or pull them from a junked car. Cat back from a west coast car should be rust free, sadly most junk yard do not list exhaust since they are usually shot. new you are looking at about a grand. Try car-parts.com to see if any 90's are local to you, then you might see it in person and if the exhaust looks good have them pull it for you. That would be the most reasonable unless you are trying to restore your car to like new condition.

he can custom fab you something you want. Keep the stock mid and rear muffler.
I have passed emissions with 1 cat, but you can keep 2 if you like.
