Reset Oil/Service Light

Does the manual service light reset procedure for the MK1 work on the MK2? The reset procedure had you press & hold down the button on the right side of the rectangular digital display, turn on the ignition and when when "Service" displays, press the button on the left side of the display and turn off ignition.

Does anyone know if the light can be reset using an Actron OBDII scanner?

I fond a site where you can see the full procedure how to reset service light indicator Audi TT. If you like to reset any maintenance oil light after an oil change.

Or any warning light for service reminders which appears on the display.

Try and see if this work for you, for my Audi was working.
