Default Rim Size help

I have a TT and I need to know if my friend's Konig's will fit my car.
Model - Konig Lace
Size - 17x7
Offset - +40
Lug Pattern - 5x100/5x114.3

The 5X100 pattern should work. That's what my 2000 TT is.

Default Offset

The 40mm off set should work depending on the year. Check the link and see what it says for your year model.
