2012 or 2013 A6

I am in the market to buy a new A6, my dealer is not sure when exactly the new 2013 are coming out and what are if any are the differences. I am hoping for google map to be available in 2013 model.
Also I am going to lease the car so I am not sure if the lease rates for 2012 are going to drop once the 2013 are announced, or maybe the 2013 rates will be higher than the current 3.9%-4.4%
Does anyone have any inside information that can help me make the decision. I am not in a rush to get the car so I can wait until the end of summer.

There are no reasons why there would be any changes. 2013 will be the second year for it, and historically, we don't make any changes. Except that we'll have a 2.0t version. Google maps will not be available until one of our phone carriers decide to support it, and there are no indications that will change. Vehicles with google have a slot for a sim card on the dash, and I know that won't happen anytime soon.
Rates may drop, but so will residual values. Lease payments are kept more or less similar through out the year by fluctuating both, rates and RV. RV have to drop to reflect market value. So don't get scare if we have a 4.9% or 5.9% rate for 2013MY, our RV will be higher as well.
Availability is an issue as well, there are very few Premium Plus in the system. Premium seem to be easier to find.
