I called a local dealership and spoke to someone in Sales who said the 2013 S4 should be available for order "in the next week or two" and would arrive sometime in "June or July". Does that sound right? Anyone else hear the same, or hear anything different?

It seems like every week the story changes. Someone was told 3/22. Someone else was told 4/1 for placing an order. FWIW, Audi's reps are telling people end of July / early August at the various Auto shows for the soonest deliveries.

The local dealer I've been talking to said they had no S4's in their May vehicle allocation. If there are no S4 builds in May it seems like June is out of the question. Not sure about July.

The initial talk of the MY13 refresh was that the cars were going to arrive a little earlier than usual. This has faded as the initial ordering for these cars wold have opened up by now.

May is typically when ordering opens up for delivery in early August (last week in July if you're lucky).

The order guide hasn't even come out yet for the 2013 models. About 6k 2013 A4's have been produced already but wont get here until Junish. The only cars that we have ordered for 2013 are the A8's. As soon as I get any information I will be sure to share it with everyone.

Is there any truth to the rumors that there is some information about the 2013 S4 in the ordering system like the available colors?

Heres a picture of the 2013 colors that will be available to order. Also, in the system there is only a selection for S4 Automatic, no S4 Manual yet.

Audi said in their A4/S4 press information:
"All interior colors – except black – have been re-coordinated and the upholstery range has been revised with Fine Nappa leather. Inlays are now available in Aluminum Trigon, Walnut dark brown, fine grain Ash natural, and layered Oak."

"*Re-coordinated interior colors and revised upholster range, with Fine Nappa leather replacing Silk Nappa leather on S4
*New inlays: Layered Oak, and fine grain Ash natural (matte finish)"
