Open the drivers door. See on the end of the dash the little cut out, pry it off. There they are. There is also a aux fuse and relay panel under the hood in the drivers side corner which is where engine managment fuses are usually.

P1250 Low level fuel (Has 1/2 tank)

P0156 02 sensor bank 2 malfunction

None of these code should prevent your engine from starting. Perhaps you flooded the engine. Remove a spark plug and see if the plugs are wet. You already stated that you have spark.

Here is how you test injectors, watch the video until the end.

With that car sitting for a few days, it would still be flooded
to not start?

The 2 plugs we checked where bone dry, put an led to check to see if the
injectors are firing and they are not, checked the spark off of the wire
and it is working. I assume that the crank sensor helps the electrical
circuit (electrical spark) but what works in conjunction to turn on the
injector on?

Check to see if there is power to the fuel injector. One side should be hot (+ white/green wire) and the ground (-) is supplied by the ECU. Fuse S72 should be positive side. (See previous posted electrical diagram). If there is power on one side of the injector then the ECU is not supplying the ground needed to complete the circuit and fire the injector. LED have a positive and a negative side so if it doesn't light/flash, try flipping the wiring around. The cam signal is needed by the ECU in order to provide the ground to the injector. What type of code reader are you using?
