Default Service Due! even after RSI

Hi,

I have a Q5 2.0 TDI. Recently I've tried to reset the service due message using VCDS RSI option with no luck.
Even after manualy changing the values I still get the message.

My last readings of the 17 - instrument

Anyone who has an idea what still causes the message to pop-up?

Thanks!

Hello, and welcome aboard, Racer! Will you watch this Ross Tech wiki video:

There's a step to finalize the SRI that is not intuitive. Let us know if it works.

I fought with that for awhile when i first used vag com, you have to actually go to the drop down menu at the stop and "perform SRI"

Thanks for all the replies.

I've tried with the automatic RSI (flexible interval times diesel rest of the world (I live in Europe)) no luck and also changed it manualy in instruments, also no luck.
