Well, there is good news and bad news, First, Dave, (UrS4boy) is vacationing in France, so he is not hawking the forum to offer help.

The 00513 speed sensor fault code will appear anytime DTCs are read without the engine running. It will disappear when the engine is started if that is why it occured.

00523 The intake air temperature sensor G42 is just after the throttle body on the inlet to the intake manifold, bolted to the back side. Check the wiring for a short. There is a multimeter test proceedure in Bentley for this sensor. The MIL (check engine light) should have illuminated with this fault.

00533 Idle speed regulation. The IAC is connected to the small hose that branches off the large hose to the throttle body. Check for a dirty electrical connector. Remove the IAC valve and soak it in a solvent cleaner to remove all the oily gunk that builds up on the gate inside. Operate the valve while cleaning until it operates smoothly from fully open to fully closed. Then lubricate with WD40 or a little light oil and reinstall.

None of these faults should cause a misfire. You need to describe more about the operating conditions when the misfire occurred, and follow the troubleshooting protocol. If it is all the time, it is simplified. Misfire at WOT boost is more complicated. Did I mention that an analog boost guage is a good diagnostic tool for these cars?

Well the missfire seems to happen in higher rpm range when the car would be going into boost. But even before boost the car seems to be slugish.
