New photos to hopefully help you track down the lack of power to the ECU.

Here is the UrS4 Above-ECU-fuse panel removed to better show the wires:

Click the image to open in full size.

Wiring for the panel is bundled together (mostly) and heads towards the centre tunner and then to ??? White/blk ECU power has to join the T55 bundle somewhere close.

Here is the panel with the UrS4 S26 fuse holder removed to show the back of the fuse holder wiring.

I check is i was getting 12v to the red fuse holder and i am so next i check for continuity on the white and black wire to the connector and nothing. Soo far i have pulled out the black ecm holder to see where the wire is running but I ran out of daylight so hopefully i can find the break tomorrow.

Sounds like you are on the track towards the solution.

On a related note, they do make portable rechargeable LED work lights.

Ok so I separated the harness and looked for a break in the wire and nothing so i took apart the ecu connector and push back the plastic and bam the wire wast even connected to the pin. So this weekend I'll be repining and going from there.

That is good news. It is always good to find out what the problem is/was. Once you have the problem, you can figure out the solution, i.e. connect the wire to the pin, presumably via solder (be careful). Make sure the connection won't short against another pin.

In case you need it, here is an updated AAN Motronic ECU Pin-out to go with this updated Motronic diagram (done as a result of this thread BTW):

Yay. Good news. The CEL might be nothing. BUT...you better check it.
