Default Oil Light Issue (similar to...)

Ok, last fall I had to pull the motor/tranny for A BUNCH of work. One issue that was to be resolved during the fix-it frenzy was the non-working oil temp gauge. Well, made the mistake almost all 2.7 owners have at least once, bought a Meyle oil level/temp sender. My oil temp gauge went from not working to...well...not working + the oil level warning light (was not an issue until I installed this Meyle unit). So, yesterday I'm changing the oil and replaced the POS level sender with a bright, shiny Hella. Now the oil temp gauge works!!! But the oil level warning light is still yelling at me I'm not throwing any codes (at least any that would pertain to this). Anyone with any experience of this? I should add...when I pulled the motor it received all new gaskets and seals, top to bottom in the motor.

well if its the oil level warning thats being displayed than it would be the actual level sender or its wiring thats on the bottom of the oil pan. If its the low oil pressure warning, than its the pressure sensor thats bad. They should all be seperate, temp sensor, pressure sensor, level sensor.

Temp, pressure and oil quality are all in the same sensor at the bottom of the pan. I just can't figure out why or how I went from not having any warnings, but oil temp gauge didn't work, then replaced sensor with crappy Meyle unit and oil temp gauge still didn't work + oil level light came on (ok, bad sensor), then replaced with OEM Hella unit and oil temp gauge was fixed, but oil level light is still on??? Is my car just screwing with me?
