2005 Audi S4 4.2.......What's this worth?

I'm looking at a 2005 Audi S4 4.2.

Here are the specs:
2005 Audi S4 4.2
89,000 miles
New:
brakes
tires
valve cover gaskets
flywheel
clutch
power steering components

I don't know a whole lot about the older S4's. What do you guys think? Body is in good condition.

Start with KBB value of about $15,000; then consider your local market through auto trader etc...

Should let you know whether you are paying a fair price.

You will love the car though!
