Default 2004 allroad torque converter clutch performance or stuck on???

I'm a new owner and my engine warning light came on and this was the code or found problem? I hv done some reserch and found anything from high fluid level, possible clutch solenoid falure. any suggestions or help would be appreciated ... also how do I remove the warning light w/o going to a dealer?

vag-com to clear the code. no other way unless you want to involve a mechanic or dealer.

how many miles are on the car? sounds like your torque converter is shot. there is a seal inside that deteriorates. have you changed the oil yet?
