Need advice and parts

Need a radiator expansion tank for 1990 V8 Quattro, also dashboard gauges work when they feel like it, need a replacement panel, and advice on: replaced power steering pump and a year later I'm told the plug on it came loose, leaks out about as fast as I put it in. How can I get to it to tighten or should I replace the plug?
