Default Vagnav's VIM Coding Service for RNS-E?

Does anybody have any experience with this?

Supposedly you send your RNS-E to them and they recode so that VIM is enabled and they return it with the latest USA firmware installed (0260). It will show up as (0270) in Vagcom.

Any info would be great! Thanks!
