So back from the dragstrip... another new best...
Went to the strip again today...
Car: 2010 Audi S4 - DSG with sports dif, 5,625 miles, 1/8 tank of gas, tools and spare removed
Mods: APR beta race gas tune, APR pulley, LFC's, miltek non-res exhaust, custom intake, APR CPS, front and rear sways, BBS CHR's, tire pressure 34F 28R
Conditions: 48F, 42% humidity, 30.18 BP.... DA was 550... DA was much better than last week so I was very optimistic...
Ran a total of 6 passes... could have run much more but needed the gas to barely limp home! LOL Oh well...
Run 1:
Nice clean pass after a 1 hour cool down but not the best result, ran a 12.02 at 117.12 I am now convinced this car runs best at a normal operating temp not a cool temp...
Run 2:
Another nice clean pass and I knew I had a new best as soon as I went through the traps... 11.8455 at 118.04! Cut a 1.6416 60ft time... I was stoked when I picked up the slip... This was a hot lap pass and the oil temp was 190...
Run 3:
Another nice clean pass and I backed the 11.84 up with an 11.87 at 118.34!
Run 4:
Do to limited cars they put me in the lane I don't like but whatever... Clean pass and it felt good and sure enought BOOM! 11.79233! I was really excited... Trap was down though to 116.39... Little bummed about that but whatever...
Run 5:
Got the dreaded 1-2 hangup and still ran a 12.00! LOL
Run 6:
Got another clean pass and ran 11.8698!
I'll post the best timeslips below... Will get the gopro vids up in a little... Unfortunately, no out of the car vid as I couldn't find someone to go... Then I talked to my one brother on the way home and found out he didn't go into the shop so he would have went! ****! Sorry guys...
Really happy with the car and looking forward to modding some more and getting into the 11.5's next year...
Oh and Saki, I believe I am now faster than any B6/7S4, S5, and B7 RS4
Finally, a HUGE thanks to the guys at APR for making it happen... Arin has gone above and beyond to help me and I want to personally let everyone know how cool APR has been with me! GO APR!

No matter what, killer time. 11.7 is getting serious.
We need the fast S4/S5/RS4 guys to get off their asses and go to the strip. The S5 that ran 11.92 was bone stock other than the blower. The B6 that ran 11.96 was on 91 octane with a bunch of **** in his car (babyseat etc). The RS4 was stock exhaust. The B8 scene has really embraced the dragstrip. I wish more guys in the 4.2 scene would as well.
I'd also like to figure out what the fastest from each platform (including the B5 S4) is on pump gas. I don't even think a B5 has run 11.50 or better on pump, full interior. Anyone know?

very true. Faster ET...although they were all on pump gas. Think you can go 11s on 93? Would love to see just to compare pump vs. race, and to compare TVSr1320 on pump on the S5/RS4 vs. the B8.

Heh, having just come from a B5 I paid a bit more attention to the forums there. B5s are 10 second cars on pump gas w/ full interiors. Example:
