Default esp light

can someone please help me.i have a 2005 a8 with no owners manual and i have a esp failed light on and two suspension lights on...what does this mean....i always get a tire picture too....thank you

It means you have some issues with either failed sensors or modules. You need to take it to a shop to have the codes read and the items fixed. Suggest you look for a independent shop if you are not under warranty.
The Tire symbol means your tires are under inflated or that you need to reset the new pressures in the tires. (or possibly there is no pressure sensor in the wheels)

You can reset the tire pressure via center display on the dash in front of the driver - cycle through using the bottom button on the windshield wiper stalk. Make sure your tire pressures are correct first.

If you have the newer A8 with MMI rather than RSN-E display then the pressure is set in the car setup - You really need to get a owners manual.
