Trunk liner is only OK. It is foam and light but fits perfect. However for $70, it might do its job...
So you like the trunk liner enough to keep or not? Since they're foam. Is it a strong (sturdy)foam? Still debating on what to get for trunk.

For $70, I would want a rubber cargo mat, not foam.

I like the fitment enough to keep it. I don't think it's very strong but it does its job to keep the carpet clean and dry and I won't use A6 like a truck, I'm sure I'll keep it.

For Audi A6, it's not going to happen.

I bought the $70 cargo mat thinking it was the rubber version (had it on my C6 for approximately the same price) but disappointed it's foam. My other disappointment is that the lip is substantially smaller than on the C6 rubber version.

That said, I'm glad I have it. Between Costco runs, strollers, water jugs (I have a salt water aquarium), it's far better to have a layer of protection.

I think I paid $90 for my C6 cargo mat. It was oem and it was rubber. I just force it into my C7, its not a perfect fit, but its very close.

Actually, I have a slightly different take on the WeatherTech customer service fiasco. I love Weathertach mats - have had them in every car I have owned for many years.

but this year, I just got fed up with their crappy service. How dumb does a company have to be to wait to be asked to produce a mat for an upscale car whose owners undoubtedly would want the product? And to be have that sentiment repeated by the not so bright (or caring) employee who answers the phone that they only produce a mat when people ask for it really turned me off.

I lease my A6 for 3 years and it is now spring. I will be damned if will buy a winter mat from those bozos knowing that I have lost 1/3 of the usefulness of the product. I mean come on - releasing a winter mat in May? What are these guys thinking?

I bought the Lloyds product mentioned in one of the earlier replies. Might not be quite as good as the WeatherTech (no lips), but less money and in use in my car this past winter.

Of course as Murphy would certainly have understood, we in NY did not actually have a winter this year. I could have used no mats in my car this past season - virtually no snow slush.

The are manufactured in Poland by REZAW-PLAST, they do also make trunk mats.

I have a relationship with them and could get them.

There are Weathertech mats for the A6 C7 on eBay - $118 shipped for two. Link is for black. Tan and Grey are in separate auctions.

For those who wanted one, Weathertech now has a cargo liner for the C7. Just ordered mine.
