Fans not working, changed module still noting!!!!!!

As I stated my a/c stopped working about a week ago whenever I would be stopped for more than a minute. While driving with no traffic the a/c blows cold. So i found that neither of my fans were operating and had voltage entering the fan control module and not exiting it. I jumped the fans to the battery and they worked fine. So from my findings and a little research here i bit the $275 bullet and changed the module. Now the fans start up for about 5 sec and then cut out. This happens about once every minute. Checked the voltage when this happens and it will reach about 8 volts and then cut out. I really don't want to spend another $500 for new fans if im not convinced there dead. Any info will be greatly appriciated, thanks in advance.

I've also been having some trouble with my a/c fans as well as the compressor. I've had this happen 3 times so far, but when I'm on the highway, with the a/c blowing steadily, I've pushed the car to pass people and the fan seems to cut out, the monitor reads that I've got full fan speed and I can hear air rushing out of the vents but nothing is coming out. I've also been hearing some groaning when I start the car with the compressor off and an extremely rough idle when I start the compressor. Have you had any similar problems?

Have you checked the relay? That's another common part that goes out when there's issues with the fans cutting in and out.

The code that is popping up is for the fan control module...is this relay related? Where can I find it? Thanks for any help!
