Ross Tech has nothing really updated yet for the C7 A6 or A7. I was able to use codes from the B8 A4 to do the gauge needle sweep, amber corner markers off, video in motion, front fog lights on with high beams and rear fog lights on with high beams. I was able to get the convenience window feature to close the windows with the lock button on the key, but there must be a new setting to get the windows to roll down with the unlock button.

Yes. It can be enabled using the same coding as the B8 A4. (Same as your S5.)

ahh nice.. also another quick question that im sure google can answer but i would love to ask you regina... same cable as the one i used on my s5

Same cable!

When you get into it though you'll notice that none of the Long Code Helper bits in each controller are labelled. As long as you follow the the same adjustments that you make on the B8's, you shouldn't have a problem.

Thanks, hopefully my car will be here in a week... I guess I also have to instal the software on my macbokair now. . Do u have any experience with virtualization software on the Mac

I do. VMware Fusion 3 works great. It can run a Windows OS as a whole reasonably well and, even better, it can run Windows apps from OSx off of the dock so well that they almost seem like a native application.

Unless you have one of the new i7 processor MacBook Air's, it will not be a speed demon but doing something like a VAG Mod is not terribly resource intensive anyways.

So, you disabled 2 safety features that mainly protect other people and made the fog lights useless.

ok guilty, i have a new MBA.. i installed parallels and a copy of tinyxp... works great just plugged into my s5.. now all i have to do is wait for the a6
