Extremely slow forum load

Anybody else noticing this? FF, latest version...

...Could be a template load error or something. If I refresh, the site usually comes back, mostly...but will continue to try and load something in the background.

No, he's correct. It has been REALLY bad. My browser timed-out trying to post this reply. It took me three attempts to get into this thread.

It's been like this for at least a week, perhaps longer. There are times when I can't get in at all, and other times where page-to-page browsing is "normal".

I can hardly load ANY page on this board. It takes several clicks, and it only loads after 2 minutes or so. It's very frustrating.

If this is a problem with my browser, please let me know if there's anything I can fix. This seems to happen more on Chrome and less on Firefox. However, since Chrome is now my most active browser, I tend to avoid Audiworld these days.

We had fallen victim to several DDOS attacks, but all should be rectified we hope...

I've been having lots of problems accessing the forums for several weeks. It's better some days than others, but I'm trying to access from a bunch of different systems (laptop at Starbucks, work computer at my office, home computer at home, iPhone over 3G, etc.), and I have similar issues. So it's not system/browser/connection specific, unless it's something as widespread as all of the NYC area.

I'd go back to your provider and see if you can diagnose. Still happening this morning (May 20th).

Strongly recommended install Malwarebytes free anti-malware, anti-virus software.
