Default 95 Coupe 2.8E(AAH) Rebuild-Looking for Workshop Manual

Hi Guys,

Greetings from South Africa, I'm new to your Forum .

My cambelt tensioner bolt sheared off 2 weeks ago, liberating the cambelt and my valves . . .

On a tight budget so I'm considering taking the heads off myself to inspect damage and send away for repairs. Possibly even rebuild motor(just clocked 300 000km).

This will be the first time I'm working on this motor so I'm not sure what to expect or be cautious of. I'm struggling to find a "Haynes Manual"/technical handbook/workshop manual, etc on this particular motor(AAH 12v), either hardcopy or digital.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
Ken.
Cape Town, South Africa.

Thanks Lumik.

Your's looks great with all white bumpers. It also looks whiter than mine. Mine is Casablanca White, which is a funny off white. I'd love a nice alpine white, etc but that's for another time .

Yeah, I'll let you know what develops.

Ken.
