Default Recommended Audi body shop in the Washington, DC metro area

Hi all,

Our new (less than 1000 miles) Audi Q5 2.0T was just rear-ended and I'm looking for the best body shop in the DC area to fix the car.

I was thinking of using Wagon Work Collision in Alexandria - anyone recommend other shops or have opinions about Wagon Work?

Thanks,

Wow - 400 views and not one opinion? How about First Choice Auto Body - I've heard they primarily do BMWs, but have also done work on Audis and have a pretty good reputation given the online reviews...

Thoughts...anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Default Wagon Work is top notch

It may take a little longer, but they'll fix it right. While my car was there, Audi Race Car Experience sent their R8's from California to Wagon Work for body repair. That's a pretty good endorsement.

Don't know Wagom Work at all but I've used Zamora's on Gude Dr. in Rockville for years, on Audis and other vehicles. Some of the work is now almost 10 years old and it's still invisible. They now have a shop somewhere in Frederick too.

Anywhere but HBL Collision Center in Tysons Corner. They had my GL450 for 2 months and $30,000 in repairs later, they returned the car to me filthy without a wash or vacumn. The car also had persistent vibration at speed and seats would constantly squeek. In short, they convinced the insurance company to fix a car that should have been totalled and did a halfass job fixing it. I sold the car shortly after that. You know what else is a shocker? Mercedes then put the car up for sale as CPO!!! Buyers beware.

Yea, well they probably have a deal worked out AND they probably had their best people working on it with extra special attention. That said, I brought my S4 in there to get a 1/4 panel resprayed, went to pick it up and it looked like hell. Like to a point where clearly a shop manager didn't check it out because it had to get resprayed again. Just my 2 cents.
