Default So I built a PC using most components from my HP PC

Here are the items as they came

Here is the case with the entrails of the wiring that came with it

I was gong to swap the existing components from my HP PC to the new case and use a new Power Supply. This I felt would be the easiest for me right now since I know everything works and I would it would be my first PC build. I have swapped HD and video cards before.

And here is the finished product.

This baby is huge - but underneath the desk if fine

The PC seems to be faster but I have no way to prove this and should not really be a issue - I subscribe this to the washing and waxing effect on a car making it run smoother and faster. I did buy a new memory card reader.

My plans are to buy a new mother board next and then reassemble the HP to be original again. This will happen this summer with a Sandy Bridge chip from Intel.

The machine is lots quieter and running Black Ops has not really triggered the B-25 take off sounds I would hear in the past from the cooling fans.
