...the V1 is just to above the left hand side of the rear view mirror. Wire was run from the headliner, down the A pillar into the fuse box on the side of the dash.

Orange is my fave color in the world...that's not something I like to admit around these Auburn and Clemson fans that are running around South Carolina Nice ride.

Except for Lamborghini colors, anyone can order any color for $2500-$6000 depending on the color from Audi.

That is what I did. However, it still has to be approved, so in that case, having some relationships does help.

I had a list of 3 colors in mind, my first choice, Glut Orange, I was able to get.

I only know of one other Orange S5 out there, in Europe. Not sure if its the same color though.

How do you like your Black Alcantara? I was really considering it, until I saw a picture of a car having it on eBay.

Does it look nicer in person? How does it keep up in quality?

I mean...I am not sure if it looks "nicer" its alcantara. Its my first time with it...and I like it. Very grippy in the corners and it stays alot cooler in the heat...dont have to worry about hot leather from body heat or the sun if the car is outside for a bit. Would get it again, hell I would pay for it as an option and in this case its a zero cost ad.

The burnt orange, metallic orange, sunburst orange, etc. that Chevy has used recently have been AWESOME...add the Audi Exclusive glut orange to the list!

Personally, I can't get enough of this color. I would like to see more and in different lighting conditions.

How can you react this way when there are thousands of photos of Ibis and Black S5's everywhere? Are you sick of those too?

Thanks. Dont worry about 'em. Fact of the matter is the car has on going projects/features on Audiworld and Fourtitude... combined with a owner that has some 25,000 some odd posts combined on various Audi forums...and yea. You are gonna see it. Alot. To be fair, I havent posted on A5oc.com heh. If it bothers someone they dont have to click on it

That said. The color changes BIG time in light. In direct sun the color is much lighter and in an overcast or dusk lighting, its a rich orange. I ordered the color with out seeing the paint in person. The color changes SO much that I assumed it had to be metallic! But it all turned out well.
