Please post S4 and MMI manual PDFs

Could someone please post any of the following manuals?

S4 manual - at least 2010 model year (or 2009 for euro models I think?)
MMI manual - any model, any year, but for the latest 3G MMI

After tons of searching and dealing with dead links, the best I've managed to find so far is the euro manual for a 2008 A4. It is the B8 platform, so it was useful, but there are still a lot of S4-specific details that were missing. So if you happen to have a PDF of any of the above-mentioned manuals, I'd really appreciate it, and I think a lot of other people would too.

My dealer loaned me the manual from the demo S4 they had. I read it cover to cover while I waited for my car to arrive after Euro Delivery.
