Default help please code p0299

ok well first here is what i got

2003 a4 1.8t quattro..

magnaflow exhaust
afe cold air intake
hyperboost dv
and recently apr flash upgrade

hours after my apr upgrade my cel came on. i ran the codes and got p0299 low boost pending. after searching around on the forums it seemed i probably needed a new dv which i replaced with a hyper boost . the stock was slightly broken. reset the cel and now it is back on about half a day later. the car doesnt feel much quicker at all with the apr flash upgrade. what could it be?

is there a way to check what psi i am running at with a pocketplus scanner (i own)

and what could the problem be..
maf? n75 valve?

thanks for everything
