hey guys, so I am getting my P+ very soon and I wanted to change the fog lights to the chrome tips.

I was doing research with older threads here on this site and came across this thread.

according to some people they said to order these parts

8T0-853-101-2ZZ
8T0-853-102-2ZZ

and to just do some minor alterations and glue them on.

My question is, I notice this was created in 2009. Would this work for my 2010 model?

I'm 95% certain the fog grille on the '10 is identical to the '09 so yes it would.

Yes, you have the right part numbers. I ordered these from the Audi Parts Super Store for my 2010.

Look for "A5/S5 Fog Lamp Trim Ring Chrome" otherwise.

Does anyone know if the S4 / S-line Fog grill fit on the A4 B8? I like the way it looks, but will it fit no mod?

It won't fit the non-Sline

is it the whole thing that wont or just tabs... can it be retro fitted or do you need a new bumper?

The fog grilles for the non-sline will only fit the non-sline bumper. Likewise, the sline fog grilles will only fit the sline bumper. Some people have purchased the Chinese A4L fog grilles and were able to get them to git the NA non-sline bumber. That's an option if you don't want to do surgery on your existing grilles.

You have three possibilities to have chrome tips around your fog lights

1. Get the entire S-line front bumper with fog covers
2. Get the A5 chrome tips, cut the clips off the tips and glue them on your existing non S-line fog grilles.
3. Get the fog grilles made for chinese A4L model. The shape of the A4L fog grille is similar to non S-line fog grille. You can get these from german eBay.
