I am very impressed with the new A8L. Although I thought the lines were to close to the A4, the car in person looks much more grown-up. The technology is amazing and the B&O is unmatched acoustics for a car.

I sat in the A8 in show room, and this is by far a really nice Audi that gives Merc and BMW a run for there money. I can't really think of anything I don't like about it for the 10min I sat in it. I really like the new look Audi has its on one hand conservative, but also attention getting, but not tacky like some Acura, which look like a UFO space craft. haha. No offense to Acura owners.

Anyways I am wondering has anyone used the new hand writing recognition thing? I read somewhere and I saw in the car it had this pad thing that would supposedly work like an old palm pilot and let you write letters into the satnav I wonder how that works?

ps. And thank you Audi for still offering the short wheel base to the North America market.

Works great. I'm left handed, I had no problem using my right hand to draw out simple letters.
