Does my '02 Audi A4 have a can bus? Instal navigation sys

Im purchasing an after market navigation system that requires a can bus connection. First of, i researched online and found out that it does not only '04 and up. Can someone assure me if this is correct. If so, what does it have?? I saw this on the link below. Now towards the bottom of the page its says:

FAQ: Do the CAN-Bus Interfaces also work with older vehicles that use the k-line?
A: Yes! The HEX-COM+CAN and HEX-USB+CAN are fully backwards compatible with older vehicles that use either single or dual K-lines as well, so they work with all VW/Audi/SEAT/Skoda from 1996-2005.

It looks like thats what i need, but i have no knowledge of this and would like to boost my confidence with you alls help.

I greatly appreciate you alls, advise and opinions. Thanks in advance!

this might be random but does anyone know if the jl 13w6v2 is out yet, and whats the retail?

Your stock radio has CAN for sure 100%. if you pull it out you will see 2 orange wires with tracers on them. Also there is a KEY on top of the radio you will notice "CAN-H" and "CAN-L"
