I added some clarification in the first post about LED lamps turning on immediately: yes usually light will come out of a CFL fairly quickly (within one second) but the brightness can be significantly less than what it is once they have warmed up.* Even recently-purchased CFLs

carried out basic settings of egr engine light now out.checked mvb 75 intake manifold pressure difference not reaching spec of at least 45mbar only 20mbar suspect manifold pressure fault.
